Ambertec Fund, SA de CV (hereinafter THE COMPANY), informs that its portal www.ambertec.com.mx or sub-domains (hereinafter PORTAL) is a website on the Internet in which people who have access to it (hereinafter USERS) may find various contents and options, which are detailed below.

USERS declare that they access THE PORTAL under their own responsibility and accept the terms and conditions stated in this section. The mere fact of browsing THE PORTAL implies that the user accepts the terms and conditions of use, so that by entering THE PORTAL, USERS are automatically accepting the terms and conditions found in this section.

THE PORTAL is not, nor will it be responsible for the content, privacy policies or terms of use of any site that the user may navigate to.

The physical and connection means necessary for the user to access THE PORTAL are not part of the services that THE COMPANY provides.

USERS undertake to use the information contained in THE PORTAL exclusively for their own needs and not to directly or indirectly commercially exploit the services to which they have access. USERS undertake not to use the facilities and content of the service to carry out or suggest activities prohibited by law or to try to attract customers to other competing services.

THE COMPANY will have the power to eliminate any information, images, publication or any other, which it considers affects any third party interest, as well as any material not suitable for the public.

THE COMPANY may, at its own initiative and without any liability on its part, completely cancel access to the account, as well as delete all information relating to the account held by THE COMPANY on THE PORTAL. THE COMPANY may make changes to the conditions and notices set forth herein at any time.

THE COMPANY will make its best efforts to ensure the availability of THE PORTAL 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the availability of THE PORTAL may be interrupted for reasons of maintenance, updates or emergency repairs, as well as failures of links and telecommunications systems beyond the control of THE COMPANY. However, THE COMPANY will take all necessary actions to minimize the impact of these interruptions to the extent possible, so USERS accept and acknowledge that THE COMPANY and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies will not have any liability for any modification, suspension or interruption of THE PORTAL.

Additionally, THE COMPANY reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications to the presentation and configuration of the PORTAL as well as the content and services presented therein.

USERS agree that both access to the PORTAL and the use that may be made of the information contained therein are their exclusive responsibility, and therefore THE COMPANY shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of said information, images and/or concepts. Any references made in the PORTAL or sub-domains to any product, service, process, link, hypertext or any other information in which the distinctive signs and/or domains, the trade name or the name of the manufacturer, supplier, etc., that are the property of third parties are used shall not constitute or imply any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by THE COMPANY and in no case shall THE COMPANY be assigned ownership or responsibility for them. Therefore, any act related to the goods and/or services mentioned in this PORTAL is the sole responsibility of the respective suppliers of the goods and/or service. The intellectual property rights over the PORTAL or sub-domains are the property of THE COMPANY. The use of any of the contents of the PORTAL shall not constitute at any time an authorization or tacit or explicit license to use the intellectual property owned by THE COMPANY or of which it is an authorized user, so its partial or total reproduction is not permitted.

No USER who has participated by uploading a video may exploit said video or upload it to social networks, since this would constitute improper use of the brands "Avolov", "WakaWakaMole", "Avorico" and "Avomex", therefore THE COMPANY reserves the right to take action against USERS who make use of its brands.

THE PORTAL, its logo and designs, as well as other logos and designs of THE COMPANY that may appear on the site, are registered trademarks of THE COMPANY and may not be used without the written consent of the same. The name of the video uploaded by THE USERS or the brands "Avolov", "WakaWakaMole", "Avorico" and "Avomex" must not be registered trademarks. No video may be part of or copied by a third party, with THE USER being fully responsible for the Intellectual Property laws.

All other trademarks not owned by THE COMPANY and that appear within THE PORTAL are the property of their creators, who may or may not be affiliated with THE COMPANY.

All other trademarks not owned by THE COMPANY and that appear within the portal are the property of their creators, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to and/or sponsored by THE COMPANY.

The trademarks "Avolov", "WakaWakaMole", "Avorico" and "Avomex", as well as the domain www.ambertec.com.mx are duly registered in accordance with applicable law, granting them the exclusive right to exploit and use them, so the content of the page should not be interpreted as a license or right of use over said trademarks and the domain; the user is strictly prohibited from using them, subject to the legal provisions applicable in this matter.

THE COMPANY does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, or distribute the material on this PORTAL.

Any material contained in the PORTAL that has been reproduced or printed must be destroyed immediately. THE USER shall not be authorized to make replicas on another server of any material contained in the PORTAL, unless expressly authorized by THE COMPANY.

The use of any software or program by THE USER to try to make any variation or alteration within the PORTAL to obtain any type of benefit is prohibited, as well as the unauthorized use of any material contained in the PORTAL. THE USER agrees and accepts that the mere access and, where applicable, use of the information and other content of the PORTAL, creates the obligation on his/her part to accept and respect all the conditions established in these terms and conditions.

THE COMPANY informs that in order to allow THE USER to access THE PORTAL, it is necessary to obtain personal data, which must be true and verifiable and which will be provided voluntarily by THE USERS and with respect to which THE COMPANY will take the appropriate measures to treat them confidentially. The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided. THE COMPANY reserves the right to exclude from access to THE PORTAL any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken by law, completely annulling THE USER's participation.

It is THE COMPANY's policy to consider personal data, such as name, email or phone number, to be private and confidential; consequently, the personal information that THE USER enters into THE PORTAL is stored in a secure location, is accessible only to specifically designated personnel within THE COMPANY and is used solely and exclusively for the purposes for which it was provided to us, with THE COMPANY being authorized to provide information and send various communications to THE USER.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to disclose personal information, without the express authorization of its owner, if this is necessary to identify him/her, contact him/her or take any legal action against him/her, for the violation of the terms and conditions that regulate access to the services or functionalities provided by the PORTAL. Likewise, THE COMPANY may disclose personal information, without the express authorization of its owner, when requested in writing by any Authority.

Although THE COMPANY makes its best effort to ensure that the content of said sites complies with the content standards established for this PORTAL, THE COMPANY shall not be responsible for the availability, operation or content of any linked site, which are provided for the convenience of THE USER, who accesses them at their own risk and responsibility, releasing THE COMPANY from any liability in this regard.

Such sites may not be covered by these privacy policies and therefore THE COMPANY is not responsible for the confidentiality of personal information provided by THE USER to such sites.
